Things to Note:

  • This kit fits regular, extended or quad cab trucks, as well as long or short beds. This is achieved by cutting the rear of the kit to fit your specific vehicle.
  • This kit is for FACTORY SINGLE INLET MUFFLERS, if your pickup has a dual inlet, please check our website, and locate the kits labeled as dual inlet.
  • This kit is designed for people with basic hand tools such as, wrenches, drills, and saws. As these kits are designed to fit a wide range of cab size and bed lengths, so some modification will be required for a 100% fit.
  • The installation of this kit is based on the factory muffler location. So if you are replacing or have already removed the factory muffler, additional modifications may be required.

    Good, But a Couple Things Would Make it Better

    The only place where this kit interfaces with the stock system (pipe exiting catalytic converter) was sized wrong. It was the exact same size as the stock pipe, so one of them had to be expanded. I don't have one of those handy hydraulic pipe expanders seen in muffler shops. So I had to use a manual device along with lots of heat from the torch (glad I had that, many do-it-yourselfers don't). Once I got past that I had trouble with making the angle of exit of both sides match. Ended up using the torch to heat up and bend drivers side. Once all this was done, looks good! But a couple changes would make it a perfect kit.

    seems to be a good product.only problem that the pipe that attach to cat was only made to fit that end the rest of the pipe was the same as original exhaust had to purchase a union to make it work.

    Truck exhaust kits.com was very fast at getting there product to me arrived in good condition the install of the flowmaster series 44 dual exhaust system went great and sounds amazing as well only problem I had on the whole experience is the exhaust hangers they provide do not install as easy as they make it seem some bending was required of the hangers so that the exhaust cleared all obsticals properly I highly recommend this product and company to all of my friends and anyone else!     I had a rusted out exhaust on my s10 and was looking around for a replacement when I found Truck Exhaust Kits website a ordered the flowsound muffler and when it arrived very fast shipping too I installed it sounds good not to loud but enough to hear it rumble would highly recommend
