Chevy Silverado/Sierra 2007-2014 Customizable Direct Fit Dual Exhaust Kit

2-1-2024, this exhaust kit did not actually work out to be an afternoon project with a simple toolbox as described by the the website. First off there are no instructions or diagrams in the packaging but if you’re mechanical minded you will figure it out. Then when you purchase your kit by looking at the pictures on the website will be a mistake. The pics show hardware included which clearly shows 2 larger clamps for the 3 inch inlet side of muffler which were not included in my package and also bolts, nuts and washers for hangers not included. When I emailed about missing parts I was offered the hardware to be shipped but then I’d have to wait another week and I’ve already got my exhaust removed from my truck. Another item not included is a short piece of pipe to attach inlet side of muffler to the existing pipe when you remove the flapper valve ahead of muffler you will need 6-8 inches of 2 3/4 inch ID pipe on a Chevy. I also had a problem with the crossover pipe to the driver side being 6 inches short but I had extra pipe because of chrome tips I purchased and having to cut rear exit pipe. Also rear exit pipe on driver side did not have enough bend and had to be modified slightly to go straight out the rear. All in all I saved a few hundred dollars by doing the work myself but I had a full 2 days and a couple trips to the parts store for pipe and hardware. Just not as simple a project as made out to be on the website.

I found that putting the exhaust in was a little more difficult than it seemed from the video and from reviews. I have to mention though I did everything myself and had no help from anyone so that might have been the real issue. Some of the tolerances were tighter than I would have liked trying to get some of the piping around things but it all came out good in the end. Several trips to the parts store later I had the exhaust in and it sounded great except for a few leaks that I will fix with some better clamps. Overall I’m happy with the cost and the outcome!

Kit arrived pleasantly quick , ordered sat, saw on fri, so good for weekend install., if it wasn’t for the cheapest possible u bolt clamps you can get,,straight China shit. Clamps bends and distort as there tightened, wich causes poor clamping and sealing of each joint. Wich leads to exhaust leaks and even more enoying is that pipes moves after tightened wich screws up the install right from the beginning, good pipe, good muffler. But an , the hardware completely ruin a decent kit... enough said, still pissed about taking 6 plus hours.

All the bends were not 100 percent made to fit in place i actually ended up only using less than half the kit

Easy to put on as long as you have a little patience.

it is what Is described kinda tight on my 2014 ltz Silverado but it did fit and im happy with it. I would buy again if needed

I received everything in a couple of days. Very straight forward installation. Went together perfectly and sounds great. I would definitely buy from these guys again.
