Things to Note:

This is a very good kit, and I am very pleased with the quality of the product I received. I ordered the kit for my 1998 Chevy C1500, rcsb. It worked great! Stainless 409 looked great, and all the pieces were in great shape upon arrival. I was missing my requested Y-Pipe upon receiving the kit, but through I quick email exchange it was promptly shipped to me, and they were very apologetic. My first critique is that one or two of the cuts were a bit crooked, but that didn't affect assembly. My second is you may want to get your own hardware for installation. The universal hangers and the U-bolt style clamps worked fine, but I would strongly recommend upgrading to better hangers and a better quality clamp, like a band clamp. Other than that, I am very pleased.
Awesome product sounds great will buy again
I have bought these kits for a 2000 S-10, 2003 1500, 1988 1500. All the kits are of good quailty and are easy to install, I would suggest to use band clamps instead fo the muffler clamps provited. Band clamps provide a better seal than the muffler clamps provided. I have been very satified with every order that I have received.
hello, got a tail pipe kit for my 2000 GMC K2500 was amazingly easy to install pipes were all labelled great made for fast put together and an amazing look! there was the perfect amount of hardware hangers/clamps! would definitely buy a kit again! thanks!
Well it took a little while to get here because of a back order on the muffler I ordered and they didn't send an adapter for the existing pipe to the muffler so I had to by my own. The stock pipe that was ther was a 2.5 in pipe and the muffler had a 3in inlet but not a big deal the only other thing was the duel exhaust pipes themselves are a little uneven the drivers side pipe couldn't go over all the way cause it was rubbing on the shock absorber that was there so it was closer in towards my hitch and the other pipe was as far as it was ment to be because it wasn't rubbing against anything so it's a little uneven this may just be my error not the companies but as far as does it work.... Works awesome and the cherry bomb extreme on my 96 GMC Sierra sounds awesome! If anyone's curios on what I'm talking about uneven or even just wanna see how it sounds on a truck like mine I'll put up a video on YouTube soon look me up james258063
I have a 1998 Chevy 1500 4x4 extended cab. So i bought the dual exhaust system straight out the back, mandrel bent 2.5" pipes. Everything shipped perfectly, no problem there.. got it under my truck and noticed i needed to add about 10" of pipe (because of my extended cab...?) to the output of the muffler to make the bends of the pipe line up with my rear axle. Then another problem i had was fitting those bent pipes between the rear and the passenger side rear shock, theres about 1/2" clearance maximum between the shock, the pipes and the rear. The hangers supplied work well and all included hardwear work for the job. All in all i had to purchase about $30 worth of extra material including pipe and 2 additional clamps for the input of the muffler as you are only supplied 2 3" clamps for the output. quality product and easy instructions and stickers on the pipes.
The truck sounds good but i think i shuld have gone a little more agressive on the muffler and im having a little trouble adjusting the right side tail pipe but overall its all good
