Dodge Ram 2009-2014 Customizable Direct Fit Dual Exhaust Kit

Well they arrived on time , however I was sent out of town by my employer for three weeks . Finally got time in between rain showers to do the install today . It all went right in . There are alignment lines on all the parts . did not have a problem . Have it all clamped in right now . Gonna have to get into our shop after work and weld it up now . The Flowmaster Super 44 is a bit loud but I'll give it a chance I can always change to a quieter muffler . Quality parts all clearly marked even the inlet on the single in dual out muffler was labeled . It does require the 3" extension on the inlet side of the muffler , but its in the kit . The new crome rolled tips sure are pretty !

I bought the courner exit kit with the super 44 flowmaster exaust. It took me about 4 hr to install this kit due to the old exaust kit and the fit of pipes. I thought the kit was great, pretty strait forward. The instructions were not as easy to understand but i just watched the video and figured it out. A couple of the pipes were bent at the edges so i had to cut 1/4 in of to fit them together. Also the driver side pipes were too short at the muffler so i had to pull them closer and if i hit a good bump the exaust hits a bar next to the rear axle. The passenger side was long enough but the bend was wrong, but i had to pry on it a little bit and got it to fit simi properly. Altho i had a little rough time installing i would defenatly rebuy this kit, it sounds great and looks great also

I had to make several cuts to get to fit. There was no instructions on where to place the hangers, lucky in a mechanic and can figure things out.The pipes are not true mandrel bent.Exhaust does sound really good and preforms good for the price.Wished the tips were chrome plated instead of polished stainless.Over all i am pleased with this product.Would like to see these guys make some car kits.I would recamend these kits for anyone building on a budget. My truck turns heads and always asked who did the exhaust. I tell them where to go.

I have a '12 ram crew cab. This kit was probably the best deal I could find anywhere. I checked multiple places and Truck Exhaust Kits was by far the best. Most places only allow you to choose an entire kit with a specific muffler. Here, I was able to choose my own muffler and the kit was made specifically for my truck. As soon as I received the product, my buddy and I installed the kit without any lifting of the truck. We installed it in probably a good 3-4 hours total. I was able to reuse the rubber garments connected to the frame. The pipes were about a good 1 foot too long. So we just measured the pipe and cut it to the desired length. Once the install was complete, it sounded amazing! I also have an Airaid Intake installed with the throttle spacer. Needless to say, eyes will look and heads will turn with this kit. The super 44 flowmaster is the way to go if you want that loud rumble and mean sounding truck!

only took 6 days including the weekend to receive the kit, once i got it the hardest part of the install was getting the old exhaust off directions are straightforward and easy to follow and i was able to use existing holes, brackets for the exhaust hangers for the kit which made the install that much quicker, took me and a buddy just over 2 hours to do the whole thing with about an hour of that to get the old exhaust off not to mention the truck sounds fricken amazing....wish i say i will be buying this kit again however the way this one is built i dont think ill ever need to replace it!

I received the kit yesterday for my 2011 Ram 1500 quad cab 4 WD. My kit was the straight backs, aluminized pipe, with the 2.5 inch mandrel bends, Flowmaster 50 and clamp-on slash tips. I went into my garage at 7:30 a.m. this morning, completed the installation, and just got out of the shower at 12:30 p.m.. I did the entire job on the floor (mostly on my back)without a lift and without any jacks. I also am 63 years old, so believe me the job is not all that difficult. I have just a few comments about the installation. First, I did not cut off either the stock tail pipe or the muffler. Instead, I just loosened the clamps and worked/twisted/hammered the stock tail pipe and muffler off. Second, to locate the high part of the pipe over the differential and torsion bar, I determined the passenger side pipe was about three inches too long at the muffler end. Once I figured that out, it was simple to snake the pipe back out and cut it. Third, the rubber grommets which hold up the rear of stock muffler are located perfectly to attach the supplied supports for the new tail pipes near the rear end of the new muffler. There are some oval shaped holes in the frame near the rear bumper which work quite well for the supports there and without the need for any drilling. Fourth, I left all of the pipe and support clamps pretty loose until all the pipes were in place. I then went back starting at the front of the muffler and proceeded toward the rear making adjustments and tightning the clamps as I went. My truck really sounds great. I also really like the chrome slash pipes instead of the single, plain Jane stock pipe that exited behind the passenger side rear wheel. I would buy this kit again in a heartbeat.
